The original/old IP won't just be cached on your pc, it will be cached on the DNS servers that you use (possibly your ISP's), so clearing your browsers cache isn't always going to be enough. If other people can see the site then it is a problem local to you and your connection and nothing to do with Godaddy, so there's little point in contacting them.

You'll just have to be patient and wait for the DNS servers you are using to update themselves. If you want to complain to anyone, find out who owns the DNS servers for the connection you are using - the one that your PC is using to connect to the internet - and contact them. They are the only ones who can actually do anything about it....and they will probably tell you just to wait.

It's working fine for me. Just be patient, I believe it's only DNS propagation issue. Your connection has different route than others.

    I use OpenDNS.com http://www.opendns.com/
    208.67.222.222
    208.67.220.220

and it will show my websites straight after i have added them through whm/cpanel

The reason why you cant see your webpage is not a propagation issue.. its infact the issue of your ISP. Obviously their DNS servers are not set to update frequently. So thus meaning the end user like yourself has to sometimes wait 24-48hrs.. sometimes longer for smaller isp's.
Which is the same issue i have with my ISP here in australia.

So i use OpenDNS's DNS servers.

Add them by going into "manage network connections" (windows)

Right click your local area connection ->> properties. -> IPV4 -> properties.
Select " Use the following DNS server addresses"
paste the opendns ip's in the two box's.. and BINGO! you will be all set to sail the web!

    Cheers,
    Dan

thanks GWHN for that little tutorial but it didnt work,
i tried it for IPV6 too but still didnt work,
i also tried another paid for DNS servers but still didnt work,
    godaddy asked me for:

Your local computer's IP address (you can find this at a site such as http://whatismyip.com).
    The name of your ISP.
    Your City.
    A Traceroute.

I have replied to them, let see what they say,
in the mean time i will try to in touch with my DNS company and see if they can sort something out,

    Thanks

I believe that was a kind of temporary issue there. DNS requires max 72 hours to set. I wish all newbies know about it.

well its been 5 days since i purchased this domain so it might not be a DNS issue if you say it takes 72 hours max.
ive also sent an email to my ISP, lets see what theyv got to say,
