Oh sorry, I misunderstood your post. I think you could sell it undeveloped for some low to mid $xx figures, maybe high $xx at the best. But this domain has good potential, and if you properly develop it, you could make a fortune

I have no idea what "self answer" means (I mean, if you're answering a question, you're ANSWERing it by yourSELF, aren't you?).
