Both Sedo and Afternic should be OK with adult domains. Stay away from Flippa, though - they're extremely strict with anything that's adult/piracy-related.

But for me these domains superfluous as it is a lot of projects which demand special attention.
I am ready to sell the given domains to any user of this forum which will offer the sum.
