    I just catched the domain NokiaLaptop.com and i have an idea of setting up a review type site.

    But i just wanna know if this domain is subjected to any trademark violations...

    Please share your opinion about this domain here...

    Although it is not quite clear that the combination of words "Nokia Laptop" is an existing trademark (e.g. compare with "sonynotebook.com" which does not belong to Sony and obviously is not a trademark like "Vaio"), I'd say you're still at some risk. On the other hand, you could develop a site, e.g. support forum for Nokia Laptop users. I think it would be legitimate use of this domain, unless Nokia decides to register these words as a trademark. I wouldn't drop this name right away.

    I just found this from nokia's website

    There is no trademark registered for Nokia Laptops..

    I am still waiting for my registrar to reply for my mail....

    By the way,How can i contact Nokia about this?

    Since you are dealing with a Multi Million dollar company such as Nokia it is a very good idea to change or get rid of that domain as fast as possible. It will be a useless business, since they will fine you for using their name.

    Nokia is not going to reply to your message regarding trademark because no matter what it will always go through to a regular customer service person. You would have to have a letter sent by your lawyer, which is not even worth the time.
