If you're running a nutrition site, the traffic you will recieve will not be from people looking for hosting.
Your best bet is to place text ads down the side of content, and then either a Skyscraper in the spare space you have in the navigation (will require html programming) and right in the footer.

    Also
    tip:
Remove the "Designed by Free CSS templates" href from the footer, makes the site look unprofessional and rushed IMO.

Do not remove the footer, just edit out the "Free CSS templates".

I can help you if you like (im a Web Developer), it'll take a matter of minutes.

And okay, you may want to take out the ad from the first page, makes the page look untidy as it's not correctly centered ;)

Yeah when i delete that it messes up the template

Maybe I will remove the just host ads in future but so far that ad has made me $60

I know my site isn't very good on the eye, but I am using the basic template you can see, and this is my first site and i am unexperienced.

I was just hoping for some feedbcack on my adsense ads, the placing of them, type (text, picture) and how many per page. etc

    Thanks guys.
