I would be careful using them as my main keywords. They can be considered as niches. Ranking for those keywords could take ages because they are equally competitive as they are high paying keywords. I would suggest digging deeper for high volume searches per month with little competition. You'll get adsense ads for those keywords may be, even on sites targetting keywords with lesser searche volumn per month on those niches. Just my 2 cents.

almost next to impossible to rank for these keywords, but Long tails can be created with these as well :d

its better to avoid HPK with high competitor if u really want to get organic traffic from SE, i prefer to choose keyword with PPC between $2-$10 with less competitor, and buy domain with keyword inside, maybe you can get some example from this micro niche site http://remotewirelessspeakers.com regards
