How to get in Google News?

I wanted my web sites news to appear in Google news, and searched around for a while, but couldn't find out how.

How do you submit your site to Google news?

You can also submit through prweb.com. I believe it's $80 but goes to all kinds of people.

 

Yes, but if you go this route make sure that you craft your release carefully, because only releases with an editorial score of 4 or 5 (5 is the highest) will make it into Google News.

That would be the same link, I guess. They just detemine where it goes.

 

prweb would a fast way to get into Google news, i think. I really hate the score thing, you need to get a score of at least 4

 

I think google gives highest priority on credibility of the news source, and also considering the past history of particular site, traffic and quality of the news to get publish it, I dont think prweb is helpful to get into Google news.

 

Why? Because it works?

 

It has been my exp that a PR Web press release will make it into the news, but that does not necessarily translate into your sites content being added. my 2 cents

prweb can be considered as credible news source but still google is going to consider other factors too.

 

If you submitt an article to www.pr.com - that should get you in google news. I got two articles in there doing that in the last couple weeks. It's free for the article; it costs about $30 or so to have a live link to your website in the article.

 

I believe if you join a site like Blogcritics, and post your articles there, you can get your articles into Google News.
