I have find a domain that expired and added a backorder with godaddy for it, the domain was registered with Godaddy so i thought i could take it....instead the domain was captured by Enom, how is possible ?

oh crap i just read that enom part  .

when domain deletes it can be catched by anyone who gets first ( fast ;) ) it need not regged by previous registrar. if enom gets means some one tried from their side and succeeded with speed ;) you should have tried with snap/pool backorder.

if it goes to tdnam auction then u can get only in godaddy :). but it entered to delete state so GD has no control with that domain availability which is controlled by verisign drops and it depends on backorder company.
