    I didn't notice anything un-ordinary about your header after a short breez through your website using FireFox , did you get your issue solved?

    Looked into it a bit more and there are a ton of variables that could be coming into play. They might be causing your problem... or not...
    You are using Windows 7, Your running the newest Wordpress 2.9.1 that was only released like a week ago and your theme was made like 3 years ago...

    That being said I would look into playing with the #header {height: 100%;} line of code in the style sheet. Perhaps delete it all together or change it to a fixed height.

    Your site looks fine on Windows XP across all browsers. Doesn't really make sense that Windows 7 w/ Firefox would be the issue but who the heck knows... best of luck!
