Can anybody inform me the easiest way of getting PR like backlink, link exchange etc. Which is the best way? I am easily get PR2, but I don't know why,I can improve more PR!Why? If anybody make me clear, its really help me. Thanks on advance....

Hey man, I don't think that high PR will give you much traffic. However, that is useful. To get good PR, you have to get backlinks from your niche related content as well as from some other PR pages.

I have the same problem with you I think the best way is to asked for a link exchange but if you have some money then I guess you can buy high PR links which is relevant to your site. I think that is the easiest way to gain PR

You are partially right my friend, For getting good PR you should have a complete sync between your backlinks, fresh content, dofollow back links, traffic.
According to SEO statement that if you have back link but they are not High page rank back links then it's completely worst, because if you have back link and it's not high page rank then boost up for your website not possible.
