    They will create accounts on the popular social bookmarking sites and submit your links to them.

    They will submit your links to social bookmarking websites like digg, reddit, stumbleupon, diigo etc etc ..

    Some are dofollow so they will give you backlinks .. Other are popular but nofollow, so they will send you traffic ..

    Stumbleupon for example gives a huge traffic ..
