I would indeed like to see people sharing latest news on their own written words on the web-related.

Like as under Google section we could provide news to users to be usefull to read that articles could be shared to others .

Not sure if I follow... you want users to write news articles, or?

nah, What I ment is that opening a subforum like News.

News related on the web / software / searchengines / products etc where people could write their reviews or articles about anything.

Seems like that would turn into a spam forum though where people just post "news" about their own stuff.

we can do one thing in that...

for news forum the access for making a post can to provided to only selected posters who can be trusted for this..

this will prevent spamming... and with so many posters above 10,000 posts you can give the access to those whom you beleive will not spam and bring abt good productive news and info...

we have the same on http://www.a4uforum.co.uk/forumindex.php?
if they can have it, why can't DP..

I know I'm new here and all, but it seems people tend not to spam if there is no incentive involved. (ie. Make it so that forum doesn't increase your post count).

Although, there is one problem I see with this, that it isn't as much maybe you, but it is me, so I will provide my input and see if you agree. I dislike members that copyright articles, to be "accepted" by my terms there should either be just a summary with quoted works, or a whole article with complete citation of where the article is from. Maybe you tend to be more leinent or stricter.
