Contest 7.00 Solar Panel Header Contest [24 to 48 hour long](4 winners possible)

Let's keep this nice, simple and sweet. Basically I need a header designed that fits the following niche. I will also need the file in PSD format. There can be up to 4 different winners.

Description: This header is going to be for a Solar Panel Theme, It needs to look great. It is aimed at the Going Green Niche, so it needs to use the color green. Make sure that solar panels are featured within design.

Size: 900px by 220 px

Main Colors: Green, Brown, blue (open to colors that work) etc.

Main Text: Solar Panel Info!

Sub Text: Solar Panel Niche Site

Payment is via paypal.

I'm not a big fan of white backgrounds. I'd suggest changing that to some gradient. I also don't like the stroke on the sub text. If you could find a better way to incorporate the solar panels I'd appreciate it.

Not a bad first attempt, but it needs a lot of improvement. It needs to look elegant, it needs to be eye catchy.

I like it, If you could find a way to incorporate some more green in there, and some more solar panels that would be great.

Also can you make the text a little clearer to read.

It's getting better, but it's not there yet. Also there needs to be more green it, possibly include the sun. Also you need a to have a better solar panel image in there.

... This one is actually worse than the other one. It looks to me like your just rushing to get the $7.00.... I want you to do quality work, if your simply trying to get by you won't win anything from me.

And simply lightening up that solar panel pic does not make it any better...

That looks a lot better than the previous. I don't know where you're getting the solar panel images from but they look terrible. The panels need to be clear. They look like a poorly saved jpeg. Im not linking the yellow colored text, I'd try a different color. Also change the Green text to richer green.

That looks almost perfect, is there anyway to have there be some more green in there? I can't stress the eco-friendliness factor. Also can the subtext be a different color as well?

Otherwise in my opinion the text is better when it is white...
Both versions can be made.

 

I just realized your header is the wrong size. it's height needs to be 220px not 250. I prefer it to have the white text. Let me see with those modifications and I'll see if I can think of any other ways you can improve.
