Take a screenshot of the email that you have send, upload it to photobucket or something and send this link to paypal. This will surely act in your favor. Good luck.
Thanks for the help guys, paypal closes the dispute as the product is a virtual item. But the guy emailed saying that hes gonna file a charge back if i don't refund the money
Which step you took to make paypal close the dispute or they did it themselves. Did you provide the tracking information as the email screenshot or something else? Thanks
