Help needed- Google indexing problem for blog

    Hi Friends i have one blog which is index on Google and i am when ever publish any post it is indexing very fast to Google and that is good but then main problem is that it now showing full post name only it showing blog name and redirecting to my blog home page instead of post page so what is reason behind this?

    please chek eg.

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...parent+calculator+for+Windows+7&aq=f&oq=&aqi=
    and find there MostlyBlog,plase tell me how to solve this issue?
