I have never promoted the Amazon products because of their extraordinary commission but start thinking because they cover a lot of niche so my question is regarding Amazon resources like product images, description. As an affiliate is it ok to copy the description and product images with promotion. As for now I am not concerned about duplicate content.
YES! Amazon offer all this data via their API anyway, so you are free to use it as long as it is for the purposes of promoting Amazon products, you just need to make sure you are refreshing it regularly - I can't find that provision in the terms right now, but basically it stipulates how long you are allowed to cache which data for. For example, prices must be refreshed something like every 1hr, or 24hrs if you add a timestamp.
