The past few emails I've sent to adsense support, I've been getting replies back at around 10 PM Pacific Time, last night a friend of mine applied to adsense and was accepted in about an hour and a half (Maybe a little after midnight). Has Google opened up an outsourced office somewhere else in the world? Or have support staff been working more overtime, or perhaps two shifts. Seems very strange getting replies so late in the evening when normally everything runs on a "business day" schedule... Anyone else had similar experiences?
Well, sometimes late at night PDT, on my statcounter there is a visit from a G person (not robot, usually when I ask them something, or after a spike), and when i geolocate it there is a private house in Mountain View, not G headquarters, so I suspect that they work from home sometimes. Or statcounter map is cracked I too receive answers at strange hours, but this can be a suport center located in another country, most big companies have such offices and I don't see a reason why G wouldn't have.
Google has support offices all over the world and as far as I know it isnt outsourced, its all in-house.
Probably Ireland as thats their European HQ and I know their Adsense/Adwords support departments are in there.
if I am not wrong all the three offices of google in india (mumbai , hydrabad & banglore ) works on adsense & adwords. Btw google is just making a lot of buzz in Indian campuses. They have offered salaries like RS 16 laks pa($40,000 pa - its a huge amount for 22yr old fellow in india) to fresh engineer graduates.
Thats normal , Google is growing its staff with teenage unique engineers and developers. Which results to efficient work by google.
I get replies so quickly it's scary, and detailed replies too. I ask about one thing and they usually give me a list of other indiscretions to repair. Sometimes it annoys me.
When i signed up i got the ok from google in about half an hour. I was expecting something like 2-3 days before they'll aprove my Adsense account. It was around 2 AM when i signed up ... nice surprise.
