This will be possible since it become the issue for now. But if this will be true, it will be a big loss for both China and google.

This is what Google has said:
    http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2010/01/new-approach-to-china.html

There is no final decision of what will happen, but from what I've read, Google isn't doing very well in China compared to Baidu. It probably wouldn't be too great a loss for Google to pull out, especially if there is hacking going on through their offices there (which some people are speculating).

When google says bye to China, it would be a great loss to people of China who use google and its products and not for google as its stake in China is comparatively less compared to the rest of the world...

If google bans china then chinese people will use other services like yahoo ask.com etc and google will lose money and other will grab it.

As Google is best search engine service on internet. It will definitely effect Chinese people and there business in explicit or implicit ways.

Yes they won't be able to use Google services as well as it will give impression to the whole world that still business in china is not that much open and fair that it looks from outside.Apart from it more companies can follow the path of Google.

I doubt that, because China has already attacked those places to or will at some point.

It's a bigger loss for China, because this will make them look terribly bad in the business industry now.

I think this is one of Google's strategy. It will definitely not quit from such a big market.
