Their program is great, the commissions are high, their websites convert...BUT there are too few offers currently. So, what are the best alternatives? I'm looking for alternative health products...
MarketHealth does have a lot of products - over 50 i think. Other programs that offer similar products in the health niche are MoreNiche (link in my sig), WorldNiche, Genbucks, CashBurners, LeadingEdgeCash...
Yes, they are excellent. They release a new offer every two or three weeks! But I need some more alternatives, because I can't properly monetize 3 of my other health websites.
PepperJam, in my sig, has some health related offers. Energy drinks, Herbal supplements, etc. Hydra Network also has a select few in the health range.
good network suggestions. Chuck good to see yah on DP. To all he's a great affiliate manager to help you grow with his clients.
I don't have good results with MarketHealth (and Genbucks) Thanks for the thread and the suggestions, I will try other programs Anybody doing dropshipping??? Is it worthwhile???
Well, after years of using them I must correct my statement. They are horrible. Signs of shavings are all around. When I first started using them, everything went smoothly for the first couple of months. Then the sales started disappearing. Even though my traffic is 200% higher now than it was 2 years ago, the sales are 300% lower. As the leading and almost the only herbal affiliate program they can manipulate us affiliates as they wish. I would switch them in a heart beat, but because of the lack of choice this can prove difficult.
Personally I've never read anything good about them. The problem is in order to pay high commissions they have to jack prices up so high that they are simply not anywhere near the price of what REAL products from reputable companies can be purchased from. If you want to sell vitamins there are real companies that offer real products that people will buy. Sure they don't pay $50 a pop, but they do sell. I know because I sell them.
I think the alternatives are as many or as few as you limit them to be. While going through affiliate networks is often the easiest route to get started, it's not always the best. Many of the products you see being offered have affiliate programs established outside of the affiliate networks, you just have to take the time to seek them out.
Markethealth or Market Health affiliate program is difficult to figure out. There could be an arguement that they are reducing the actual sales so payouts to affiliates are not correct (this is called skimming). How would one know that? But then on the other hand, if you are happy with making ANY money with them, just keep promoting and take what comes your way. I get regular payouts (2x/month). Conversion rates for my site ranges from about 1:44 up to 1:60; that means one sale for 44 -60 visitors. The alternative affiliate sites in my experience don't produce sales like Market Health does, and that is what really counts. So even if they are 'skimming' a bit, they still produce more dollars in my account than the others.
