I am currently using Adsense and Hotels.com (via CJ.com).

The site is set up on Wordpress which makes it easy to make changes and easy to make additional updates.

This site is brand new (less than 2 weeks), so base the sale on no income and no traffic. I have bookmarked the site at a few social media sites plus submitted the RSS feeds to a few RSS directories.

The Images were provided royalty free from sxc.hu.

The articles are high quality PLR articles, from a limited distribution source.

The site displays random images for the home page thumbnails automatically so you don't have to worry about adding pictures each time you update the site. It is done for you automatically for ease of use.

I can help you transfer the site to your own domain name and/or will provide you with simple instructions to do the transfer of the site yourself. With proper hosting, the process is quite simple.

How many articles are in the site? I don't see a categories section.

Is there any licensing with the theme?

I have a developer's license for the themes (from StudioPress). You can make any changes as need or I can make changes if needed.
