Thats great you got PR3 in 3 months. It shows your effort in it but now its very hard to be a PR 6 or 7 site coz you need that much backlinks. A high PR backlinks. In my point of view getting PR3 is not a great task but the SEO you are going to do here after really matters. Some say why are you worried about PR but i say you should know the importance of PR. That is not just numbers it really worth. Many niche website owners never bother about PR but for a quality website which is going to last for years it is really worth. So now answer to your get quality backinks with High PR than yours.

in 3month 3PR is good but i think some activities r left like bookmarking, classified, not make update good mata tags, update good content bcz content is the king in SEO

get link from hinger PR site, you can do it by submit link to high PR directories or buy link at high PR site ( all need some investment but the result will make you smile)
I don't think PR helps a lot to gather more traffic, however, it does very small part. PR - is a rank which Google gives to websites, However, if you are on good position (SERP) on google only, you will get massive traffic. There are sites which do not hve even PR1 are on #1 for particular keyword searches and get massive traffic. Apart from these, to get good PR like PR6,7 etc, You have to put a lot of hard work, My advice is to do link exchange with your niche related sites and etc. As well as get backlinks from good PR pages too.
I dont understand why you choose that subject for your website. people really consider Alexa for all sort of information. People mainly didn't search for this websites. PR3 and 4 is easy to achieve but hard target is to chase PR 6 or 7

I am not able to see the entire site info for any site - even for Google http://thenetinfo.com/stats/www.google.com/ Its always better to retain the visitors by providing quality service to them rather than looking for a big dream. The service in your home-page 'site-info' is not working well. - try to do something for that.
pay less attention to the PR. Pay more attention on your website content. What you offer to your visitor. and then What search engine offer you.
