BRAND.us is a key name rather than company name so u can sell it easily with other clients too. just u need to wait and see

Its a really good name. Since its generic word I dont think the company would be able to come after you. Make a small website to earn some bucks, that always increase the value. you can try sedo.com, flippa.com, dnlounge.com etc to sell your domain/website.
