Uploader.com is not Uploading.com, so it is just not worth posting questions about it into this thread...

 

How much sales i have to make to increase my rank ??

 

Your status depends on multiple factors:

- amount of premium account sales
- amount of your active files
- amount of your file downloads

All these points influence partner status. So it is not possible to say in common what sales amount would guarantee this or that status.

 

When can we expect an indicator telling us how far we have to go until the next rank?

 

But... Without a "reasonable" amount of sales, even if you have a lot of files and downloads, you will be stuck in "Light" forever. Am I right? Or only uploads and downloads can improve the status of an account?

Another question: Do you recommend deleting the files with low number of downloads to improve status? More importantly, what should I consider "low"? 500? 1000? 5000?

I thought I was writing to someone who could speak on behalf of the Uploading Support, and publicly address questions that are not only mine but also from many users of Uploading.com.

In all the messages I sent to the Support Team the answer was always the same: You need to sell more premium accounts!

Most of my files have more than 1000 downloads, some have 5000, a few have less than 200. I have little more than 100 files, all "active", from 20 to 300MB.

If anyone understands how the Uploading system works, please answer!

- Deleting the files with low number of downloads improves status?
- Only number of downloads can improves status?
- Is there any tips that will help?

OBS: I always received my payments correctly and on time, my questions are related only to rates!

We do not force you to remove any files since amount of files is not the main criterion for a status. Amount of premium account sales as compared with amount of paid downloads of your files is important. So the more downloads you have (the more users download your files), the more premium sales your files should generate.

If files of a partner are downloaded by large amount of people however they do not bring any sales, then his account status would hardly be high.

I see last night on the uploading site that they made huge changes to the way that they are going to pay for traffic, a lot of the popular countries will now be worth 50% less although for other countries like US, UK, Canada the amount will increase?

It appears that they lost a lot of money (cheated?) and are rebalancing the way that the money is paid to uploaders.....

Have to wait and see what happens here...

 

Yes, there were some changes made yesterday in our payment scheme. You can find information about them in your partner accounts -> News section.

Why we did them - because we lost revenue from an ad network, thus at the moment we have to rearrange the payout scheme to make sure the service functions at all.

We explained in the news what changes and why were made. We do not try to recover at the expense of our partners, that is not our goal. As you know, the 10 mentioned countries almost do not bring any profit from premium account sales, that is why traffic from them gives more losses than profit. That is why we ask our partners to generate more traffic from profitable countries, in this case partners will also get more revenue (and more premium sales by the way).
