Hello everyone! How to design a blogger (blogspot) Template? have to found any good tutorial or E-book?
its just a css. so try studying css or better yet get one of these templates and do some trial and error with it.
may be you could download some free templates and work with them. as far as i understood you do have necessaary knowledge or at least you are able to learn things you don`t know yet.wish you good luck!

I'm using the default templates of blogspot. Of course I edited something I did not like. You need to understand generally CSS and HTML code.
You might as well download free template. The only change I have made to the html is to get rid of nofollow tag for comments, so now both my blogs are dofollow.
If you know basic html and css you can do it, It is very easy to design a blogspot template or you can find a ready made template on net and can modify it by using your smart web designing skils, you can see my blog i had designed it my self for example above.
Designing and editing blogger template really deal with css and java script, so learn about them first.
