Does anyone know of one? It needs to be able to deliver digital items, handle paypal and have a built in affiliate management system.

    Any ideas?

Check out Product2Web...I run multiple sites in affiliate and CPA networks and Product2Web has it all, the shopping cart technology, CRM, and affiliate tracking technology.

If you want the paid version, the best choice is Interspire Shopping Cart (http://www.interspire.com/shoppingcart)

The free and open source for you to choose
    1. Magento (http://www.magentocommerce.com), it's very good but seem "BIG"
    2. PrestaShop (http://www.prestashop.com), good for small business or individual

if you want "Interspire Shopping Cart" and need license for your domain, you can contact me, i will give you the cheap price and it's 100% legit :D

Looks interesting. How much do they charge? I'm always wary of sites that don't state their pricing structure front and center on the first page.

I use magento on one of my niche stores but I find it a bit slow.

I'll have a look at that. I have a few new projects coming up that only need to sell a few products.

EJunkie doesn't deliver enough space or bandwidth for the money. I deliver seriously large products (like 600mb to 8gb) Also I'm not playing a monthly fee for anything ever. Though I might consider a by transaction service.
