    Hello guys,

I tried to search to solve this but I didn´t find any info.

My problem is, that i want to sign up to Amazon affiliate program with domain for example GetXbox360.com, but Amazon doesn´t want to accept my domain name becouse of trade mark. Is there any way how to promote stuff on Amazon with this domain?

    Thanks,

    Adam

Simply use another domain to sign up a new account. :)

Yes, it would be easy, but the point is, that my domain name is quite good and wasn´t cheap. It wasn´t too expensive, but anyway..

I thought that maybe reason of rejecting was my attempt to add domain without content :) but who knows..I can only hope.

I think the solution won´t be so hard I thought. Thanks for reply.

yeah the best option will be to try to use another domain. If you do not have another domain, try to use a blogger blog which they accept if it has some nice unique content.

Trade marked domains are always risky. After all the hard work of back linking and promotion if the original company asks for taking that down then all the efforts go waste. Just my 2 cents.

The solution is to use another area or wait a period of not less than six months

The only way is to apply with a different domain. It is also worth noting that if you place any Amazon links on the domain that was rejected, you will not earn any referrals on any sale.

It would be nice if you could take time to check their terms.

    Good luck

Another domain name from another application, it should be through the review!

It is a good domain but there are always the problem associated with trademark infringement that Amazon likes to steer clear of.

If they denied it, then you are not going to be able to open your account with it.

There are, of course ways around it though. for instance, if you open an account under the name gamer360.com and set up a PHP redirect on a subdomain that points to the specific products you are promoting, then you will be able to generate traffic and have it come from an approved domain.

It is a lot of work and of course if you get caught...

It would probably be more beneficial to just pick another domain.
