Does google index Single pages? I mean, the pages which are created under a domain but is not linked from the main page or any other pages...

I get all reciprocal links to my directory from Single pages only. Does that help me to get a backlink?

    Please help !! urgent

You should try to link this single page from other web site, so google crawler will see, otherwise you should tell google that this page exists...

but if I put a link from my page, how could it pass on the benefit of that domain's page rank? there is no link to it from its own domain !!

These reciprocal links you are getting are pretty much worthless if they are standalone pages with no links from other pages on the same domain. To get the page indexed it's helpful to point a link to that page from a page which is already indexed.
