AdWords Banned

I run a small internet business for 5 years now. There are
6 people working in our office.

Last week all Adwords Ads suddenly stopped appearing,
first I thought something is wrong with our account, but
after contacting Adwords, it turned out they banned us
    over night.

I am devastated, this Adwords Ban is destroying our business.

I don't even know why we got banned, as Adwords does
not want to share this kind of information with us.

If I can not find solution soon, how to get unbanned from
Adwords, I will have to make all 6 staff redundant.

I hope I can find a solution soon.

Contact them, its weird that you got banned especially if you have been using the same adwords account for that long. Did you click on competitors ads or something?

I contacted Adwords, to find out why they banned me, however, they did not give me any specific reason. I accessed my account from my friends computer last week, he told me today that Adwords banned him a couple of months ago.

Maybe Adwords black listed his IP address? I just sent Adwords an other email to explain them the situation, I hope they will give me a chance to prove that I am innocent...

Here's the e-mail they sent me recently:

    Hello Joe,

Thank you for your email. Please know I have reconsulted the specialist
team about your account suspension, and have confirmed that our team's
decision is correct and final. Your ads will no longer run on Google. This
policy will apply to all accounts you have created. As noted in our Terms
and Conditions, Google reserves the right to terminate advertisements for
any reason. To view our Terms and Conditions, please visit

Our support team is unable to provide any further information. Please do
    not contact us again.
For questions about other Google products, please
visit http://www.google.com/support. We appreciate your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Kajal
    The Google AdWords Team

Yeah right, like I'm really gonna waste my time investigating other Google products now. And if I may add, when Google's stock topped $400 per share they were asked why they didn't split the stock as most companies do making the stock affordable to a wider range of people. Google's response was "We only want a certain type of people owning our stock" meaning if you couldn't afford $400 per share you weren't good enough for them. Suck my........

That's very funny! Google used to terminate Adsense accounts en mass, hard to imagine why they want to take action against Adwords user. After all, you are making Google rich.
In this case, Yahoo has the chance to overtake Google in advertising business.

It is each Adwords advertiser's responsibility to be aware of their guidelines and adhere to them. They can be found here:

I would love to use someone else but no one can give the traffic Google does. And they know it. I had seven clicks from the same IP address in less than 30 minutes and they told me someone was comparison shopping. WTF!!!!

Happens! but if you do want traffic in the meantime, focus on Yahoo search marketing & BIng!!

build up your on page optimization activities.. as it is approx 33% visitors click on sponsored ads. the main market is out there in Organic SEO results.. best of luck!

Can you clarify your statement? You believe that 33% of all visitors to a website click on an advertisement before they leave the website? Is that what you mean? I'd put it at a much lower figure.

It's a completely made-up figure (as are so many on digitalpoint) - a successful adsense publisher reckons on getting 10% clicks. A workable figure is over 5%. Look in the adsense forum and you'll see that most publishers get much much much less than that

Its unbelievable case, google turned off your adwords account. Try to contact them or continue with Yahoo or MSN or start the campaign with new google id.

if you need adwords to run your business i suggest hiring a PPC company to handle your PPC advertising, this way you will not need a new account, but it will cost you a little more, but if you earned through it, i don't see any problem that you couldn't afford it, although your % seems a little high most get around 5%+ as the above poster says

    Regards

    Mr Joe

Get a dedicated ppc company to help you or use Yahoo. I used Yahoo for years with great results.
