    The site has been approved. Partial refund has already been made and very sorry for the inconvenience. The issue will be fixed by tomorrow. Meanwhile, if any submitter pays the full review fee, a refund of $14 will be sent to them. However, this discounted review offer ends January 13th at 10 PM Chicago time after which the review fee for a regular listing will become $21 as usual.
