Backlinks are meant to do manually. Auto backlink creation will only get your site penalized from Google.
It is better to put the link for your hubpages on other sites yourself, this way you get more quality backlinks and you won't be penalized.
building backlinks for hubpages is the same as building backlinks for a website or a blog. there are lot of automated link building methods avaivale out there and most of them are spam tools. if you want qyality backlinks, then you must go manual link building one link at a time.
Hey Friend, I don't think that any scripts or auto backlinks will not help you. My advice to follow up the manual ways to get backlinks to your hub page. Treat your hub page as a site and get backlinks - That will drive more traffic to you.

Do some social BMarking and then write some articles that link to your hubpages. A few sig links from relevant forums won't hurt.
Use your hubpage url and start some blog commenting. Another thing that you can do is submit every article of your hubpage to social bookmarking sites. Submit your site to top 20 social bookmarking sites. This should do the trick for you. I really don't trust scripts and software as most of them are scam.
