Payment Method

    I cant find out where on amazon account bit where i selected how id be payed and if so where i put my bank account details in.

    Any help? also do the sales bounce over to next month if below a certain amount.

    cheers do you know where i can find what ive set the payment method too, and what turnover is needed for payment.
