Just want to ask you guys about image optimization. I'm doing it right but not really sure if I'm doing it right. I know about alt attribute but I wonder if there are other ways or other things that search engines see when indexing an image file? What are other things that I can do to optimize an image? Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
You cant do anything else, just use a keyword rich Alt tag...even alt tags are not really that good for SEO but they are best practice but will make little difference to your search rankings!
I like to name the image with your keyphrase in it. That way your image may show up in google images and provide a little extra traffic.
name images like this ( your-keywords-sentences ) and your alt tage like this ( your keywords sentences ) , that is the best shit i think Good-Luck
