    I got a website. Name.com

I created a new one with the same structure on another domain Name2.com

The first website Name.com is high ranked in Google.

How do i redirect users from Name.com to the new website without losing my position in Google? If possible.

    Thank you.

A 301 redirect will take care of the issue and point all invound links from name2.com to name.com. This means you will not lose any of your link juice.

Like others have said a 301 redirect will tell the search engines that your site has moved and that it should now refer to the new site where all your link juice should go. :)

This is the best way to put 301 redirection and can take webmaster tool help to move website at new domain. you need to just register both domains and move old at new.

I can confirm that 301 works fine, did it for a certain website once and the new url had all the rankings of the old url within 2 weeks
