Use Black Hat Code Breaker and iframe a CPA offer and anyone who wants to play the games has to enter their email address to unlock them. The email box would of course be the CPA offer and you would make like $1.50-$2.00 for everyone that comes to your site and puts in their email. Not sure if you would want to take that route but that's personally what I would do. You could also just stick adsense blocks on the site if you get a lot of traffic and make a decent amount of money that way.

Email submits and zip submits. You ever see the ones that are like "Win a $500 Target Gift Card! Just enter your email below" Well, once you enter your email the page converts. Then they try to get you to fill out a bunch of offers to actually get the gift card but the person doesn't have to do it for you to make your $2 or whatever.

1,000 a day is really good for this method. Most people won't think twice about putting in their email address to play the games. You could even do zip submits which probably convert better since people might not want to get their email address spammed. Just make sure you fly under the radar and spread your offers out over a lot of companies and different offers. I would say don't make more than $50 per day with 1 offer but you might want to go lower than that to be safe. There are a lot of CPA companies out there. Off the top of my head you can try Neverblue.com, Clickbooth.com, MarketLeverage.com, Hydranetwork.com. Just do a search for CPA companies and you will find them. You need to get accepted though they don't just take anyone.

you could always sell advertising space to people, it's a long shot, but it's easier than losing visitors via a forced CPA option. I mean most visitors wants to play a game and then head to the next one without being bothered by a forced email/zip submit
You'll probably make more money by monetizing Flash games themselves with ads. You can also add links to your games and post them on other websites to generate traffic. The best site for traffic by far in my experience is Mindjolt. If you place ads in your game and it goes live on Mindjolt, you can make a fair amount of money due to hits and probably generate a bit of traffic with your link. The only bad thing is that it takes quite a long time (often 3 months or more) for Mindjolt to place your game on their site. You also have to add their scoring API.
