    image optmisation can be about reducing the size of images so your pages load faster.

    Seo image optimisation is using keywords rich file name, but also using keywords rich alt tags.

    For example:

    <img src="/images/dog-food.jpg" title="dog food" alt="dog food">

    Camay123 is right if you try to image optimization then use your keyword in alt & title tag and same your image with your keyword name, after that you can ping your post....

    As far as I know, title attribute is for text link while alt attribute is for image.
