In Twitter limits there is written: 150 API requests per hour. So it is server requests or user requests? We want to make some website with possible auto posts of Tweets. That somebody enters message and time and every day, it will be posted with his Twitter Account. So if 150 API requests is a limit for server, it is not good. But if it is API for user it is ok. Maybe anybody have experience with it?
It's per user if the request needs to be authenticated. If it doesn't need to be authenticated, it's a server limit.
