i eventually won the bid. But he/she has sold it to some one and forgot to close it

When i approached him he didn't apologize or even explain, So i gave him a negative I trader . Today he has given me a negative I trader for no reason.

Please some one point out who is wrong in this case ?

I have reported the rating and he has made unnecessary comments like comparing my I trader with His/her when the question was completely not related to it.

 

your both wrong. you gave and then you received.
iTrader is an unmoderated area, sorry but your just gonna have to live with it.

don't be, i have one too, got it a couple of years ago.
let the good outweigh the bad and in time you will have forgotten all about it.
