Can I Register domain phrases with trademark names as one of the word ?

    Hi,

    If i register a domain phrase with "trademark name" as a part of my domain, does it will end up in issues.

    For eg key phrases like

    diggtool / diggtools / iphoneminds / iphonesets / yahoocool / googlesmart like that.

    they are considered as TM violations still so you can't escape from them. better to avoid such names and be safe.

    You can certainly register them. But apple would be well within their rights to come after you. And they HAVE gone after many others using their trademarks.
