Which one of this have you seen that convert better?
Until now I've used only 120X600 skyscraper but I'm thinking to use 160X for a website at which I'm currently working.

in my opinion 160 x 600 convert's better. Cover more space with ads the user will be more tempted to click.

Guess that 160 is better one since it is more horizontal (natural way of reading).

Yes, and if it's an image ad, there will be more expressivity involved.

I think image ads reduce the ctr.
In my experience if you have image ads activated then in your ad block you have one opportunity to be clicked. If you have text ads then you have about 4 or 5 opportunities to be clicked.
    Image ads means reduced ctr%

Hmm, just don't stop testing until you'll find the exact size for your site. :)

Depends upon the space. If you have enough space then go for 160*600 banner.
