    Yes, i think you can find exact location with ip address because it've been done on me before. one of the friend i talk to on the net she can pin point my exact address and phone number too with the ip address but i'm not sure how she did it tho but you can

    VisualRoute is an excellent app that does a good job of guessing where an IP is based on the traceroute and ARIN database.

    In fact, many people use a fake IP, I think it's hard to find person's address with IP address. Good luck!

    Dont most isp's also dynamically assign IP addresses, so even if you find where it it it can change from 1 day to next.

    If is the case when ISP change dinamically the address means that the ip address is not regstered to an user and it will show the address of the city where the ISP has that ip addresses associated with. In most cases they have a set of addresses for each city. So if one day an ip is shown into a city, even if the IP changes, that address will be shown in the same city.

    Hey. If the person who your trying to find is using a proxy, VPN or has reset their router chances are you'll never get their location. Every time you reset your router you gain a new IP address which is only in the same country... Mine now is giving out some place in England when I am a resident of Wales.

    You can use a IP finder such as http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/ I'm not sure if it's still working as I'm in college and the address is blocked. Lol.
