javascript works in other browser but not IE. Any idea?

First of all, thanks for checking out my problem

Just like what my title describe, the javascript which give the effect of scrolling content effect in my site is working in all other browser like firefox, chrome, opera but just not in Internet Explorer. Can anyone explain to me why is this happening?

I had contacted the designer of this theme but receive no respond from him.
I wonder is there any javasript expert can help me solve this problem?

its just bcoz ie-6 does not understand java script .........
just move for ie7 or higher

 

Thanks for the reply but im using IE 7 and i had tried also with my friend's IE but the result is still the same.
