Twitter apps?

I use a thing called Tweetminer it's Quite Good something like Tweetdeck but it runs in your Browser

 

What would be the most popular twitter services/apps that help manage your twitter acc, like scheduled adding of targeted followers, posting etc.

 

FutureTweets - Good for Scheduled Tweets
Twollo - Good for Targeted Followers with keywords

Why is that? It's too time consuming and you can't add 30K followers manually.

Twollo looks good, but not very automated. Looks like you still need to do the adding half-manually there..

 

On my android decive I use twidroid. Other than that, the apps are named on the tweet's sent to twitter... echofon is another

 

Is there an application to get followers automatically?
What will be the benefit of it? Sending people to site? for traffic?
Isn't it better to get genuine followers?

I use Twitter since a couple of months now and have about 15 followers. I target my niche without spamming, so they are genuine. However, I can't get anything positive with 15 followers every 2 months.
How can I do better with my account?

 

Yep. Like if you sell some services, or products you can try selling them through twitter to your followers. If they are targeted - interested in your niche - I think it doesn't really matter if you do it manually or with soft. I see many people do this, not sure how well it works though.

 

I prefer TweetDeck over all the others.

What will be the best application to have automatic followers for a Twitter newbie like me? Free is even better since I'm still on the testing process...

 

tweepi is really good, find someone who is similar and follow their followers, get a decent return following you.

 

try iHashtags these are targeted users based on hashtags.
