paypal help needed

Hi everyone!!!!!!

I need help...

Few days before my paypal got limited and it needs to be
verified to remove limitation...

I tried very much to attach a VCC to my paypal account
to remove its lmitation, but failed everytime..

Yesterday I made a phone call to payapl helpline number,
but there also I can't find my answer..

What should I do now?????

If you account got limited then it coulde be for a few reasons. Either too much money is being moved all the sudden or you have been logging in from multiple IPs which will alarm pay pal.

When you log in you should have a message explaing what pay pal needs to see in order to verify you as the account owner. There should be a page where you can see exactly what they want. You will have the possibility to upload these documents on which upon review shoud cancel the restriction on your account.

I am surprised you tried attaching a VCC to remove limitation! It is used for verification and not for lifting the limits off!

On limitation, you must have received an e-mail from Paypal citing the reason and possible remedial action too. Search for this e-mail and I am sure you would find the remedy for it.

hey I'm trying to to attach VCC just to remove my limitation access not to lift the limitation.....

limited access means I can't send or withdraw money..

 

paypal usually ask for some documents to upload for validate your account if you have a limitations..

 

they are not asking for any documents...

but they are asking for three things:-

1st step=>> attach a CC

2nd step=>> change password

3rd step=>> change security question

I have successfully completed the 2nd & 3rd steps but failed to complete
1st step. my VCC is not been accepted by paypal..

 

seems they are doing this to protect your account. you have no choice other then adding a CC.

I have really gone off Paypal, all I get is grief really :/

 

what they told when u called to paypal ? i think only they can solve now. or try to get a CC asap and resolve it

 

You can't use VCC to lift limitation.

Apply for a CC on a bank. And attach this on your Paypal account.
Change your password and security question.

And problem solved.

 

I think you should follow these steps:

Verify your paypal (CC or VCC)

Call paypal

before you call upload a document that gives your photo identity

just tell the paypal executive that you have uploaded the required document.

If you have done everything correctly they will lift the limit in 2-3 minutes.

Well, a VCC also works to lift limitation.
I tried it once and it worked perfectly.

May be the VCC OP is using is not the correct type or not with much balance.

whatever pay pal is doing...its doing it ti protect YOU and no one else.Pay pal doent make any gains from liniting your account activity. Just send them the CC and your account will probably be restored in a matter of minutes.
