You get few greens if they are coming from a strong member

I think that is true. But someone needs to confirm this

As told to me, strong members are one who have rep power of 10 and more than 500 points i think

 

It was me. Theres something wrong . When i gave someone green it changes into GREY

 

As i mentioned before. Only members having good rep power can rep you few points in General Chat section. For example if a member has a Mx rep of 10, and he reps you in GC, then you'll get 3-4 points. If you add some everyone will get a gray.

Comment added or not added, doesn't make a difference.
If you want to ep someone, go and rep him/her in some other section than General Chat
