Hello I want to get a VPN but I have one question.

Say I get a VPN for a US IP address. Once I click connect, to connect to it, then disconnect to stop using the US ip address. WIll I get a new US IP address the next time I click connect? Or will it be the same IP address from beforehand? THanks!

that depends on the VPN, the global address that you are assigned the next time might or might not be same depending on the VPN settings and confg
    so ask from the provider

    Agreed.

Key questions to ask your VPN provider regarding IP allocations:

    1) is the public IP address static or dynamic?
    2) if it is dynamic, how many ip addresses are in the pool?
    3) if it is static, is it a private IP or a shared IP?
    4) if it's shared, how many other users share it?
