Hello! I wish to install QuickPress in my WP blog, and this is the result: http://www.bogartkick.com "Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_core_new_subnav_item() in /home/bogartki/public_html/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-quickpress/bp-quickpress.php on line 12" It says fatal error. I tried to login but I can't. What shall I do? Is there anyway to fix this problem? I feel so bad right now. I need your HELP quickly! Any solutions?
Sounds like you need to access your blog via FTP and delete the plugin called Buddypress, this should allow you to access your blog like normal. Let me know if this helps you.
Just to continue on with that, Quickpress is a buddypress plugin, not a wordpress one I believe. Currently buddypress is for wordpress multiuser, not regular wordpress although testing for regular wordpress is beginning. I don;t think what you;re doing is going to work.
It was already resolve hours ago, now another problem is that I cannot access my site anymore. It says my link is broken. What should I do? Is there any way to fix this? Like a free software or just manual? Oh man......
I tried it many times pal in clearing the cache and cookies, clearing all browsing history, all of it. I discover than when I want to access my site here on my computer, it would not let me access as it shows "this website is not available". But when I try access my site on other computers in some internet cafe, it's just fine and normal. How can I fix this? Is it because of my IP? Can you give any sources to resolve this?
Have you tried another browser on that same computer? This will help you narrow down whether or not it is IP-related. IF it works with another browser, I would look more deeply into cache, cookies, temp files.
Okay, assuming you can get to other websites and just not yours, in addition to being able to access yours from the Internet cafe you mentioned, I would call your hosting provider and have them checked to see if your IP at home is being blocked. If someone else in your IP range was hacking or something, they simply block that range. Ensure you have your IP address, then call your host.
I already got the problem already. My site and my friend are in one web hosting provider: http://www.bogartkick.com http://www.gseo.net http://www.danlew.com http://www.asiadateonline.com http://www.keyphrase.org These sites I cannot access on my computer only and they are on the same web hosting provider. However, they are 100% accessible to other IP address in internet cafes or other computers. I think I should better contact the hosting provider for this. Thanks!
My hosting provider has immediately put this plan into action right now. They will notify me once it is resolved. If not, I should find a new host.
Yes you are, not me. All of you can access but not me because the hosting provider blocked my IP. They already taking actions now and still waiting for the result which now I still can't access.
Yeah I know. It really stinks and made my week difficult. Till now they are still investigating and checking the firewall, they will reply to me very soon if it's finally fixed.
