Adsense rejected many times for my 2 different websites.
Now i applied with the 3rd website and soon may get approved then,
is it against TOS to put the adsense on my previous 2 rejected sites?
the two sites wer not 6 months old...dats why they got rejected.

Previously my account was banned to from this ip.
so, will they bann this account too after approving?
cz i hav heard they abnn the acocunt before the payment...

Your risk. If there's a valid reason you were not approved before (age of site, content, other tos reasons) and you decide to put adsense on those site, then you could lose your entire account. I would read Adsense tos very closely.
