    I have 4 Gig

    Of course it only came with 256...Ya gotta love Dell and the way they purposely give you less then the machine needs to run in the hope you will pay their inflated rates for RAM :rolleyes:

    I got 0.99 gb, its too low for me. I love to play games. I am getting about 4gb very soon. I got 128 mb vga < what you think? is it good?

    Its pretty fast but I still have so much memory intensive crap on that computer it doesn't go as fast as I would like.

    The rub is the computer is probably worth around $800 (2 years of depreciation) and I paid around $550 for the memory lol

    I don't think you'd need as much as 4GB for gaming, it would only be suitable for video rendering and whatnot. I have 2GB and every game I have tried runs flawlessly.

    Just out of curiousity, if you need that much memory or do that much gaming, why wouldn't you just buy an XBOX?

    I always end up getting frustrated when I try to play a game on a PC

    I got 2 x 512 MB RAM. Next upgrade i will go for a 1 GB RAM :)

    An Xbox won't run games nearly as good as PC's do. To me playing games on a console just doesn't feel right, particularly FPS games.
