Could you list all the strengths and weaknesses of moneybookers please?

Why use moneybookers? What for? Why not use moneybookers?

Moneybookers is great alternative to PayPal, I've got verified account .
But since i made the account i've done just one transfer, PayPal is the dominant.
And I'm looking forward to know about strengths and weaknesses about it too.

 

But not so many people want to share their experience or their knowledge

 

If you have a verified MB account then there should be no problem. I'm looking for people who have MB account.

PP and MB are quite same except that MB is not available in US i guess. And where PP is not allowed, MB is there.

 

Moneybookers can be used in gambling sites..but not paypal..thats the major difference i've observed

 

My main concern is the user experience.

Do you think that there is an impact on sales if you use MB or PP? Less sales with MB?

 

well ive been banned from paypal for nothing, put 3 grand through moneybookers now with no issues, i would recommend them they dont ban people for nothing.

 

I have a verified Moneybookers account and one of the strengths is that you can deposit and withdraw at poker and gambling related sites. You can't do that with paypal.

 

Well. Nobody seems to use MB as a payment processor and alternative to PAYPAL

 

I do. And I like it.

Strengths
- IMHO, good alternative to those places where Paypal isn't available.
- Offers Free Merchant Services with processing Fee ofcourse on each transaction.
- Can be linked to any bank or CC having a Swift Code.
- Reliable as I have found it till now.
- Works with Ebay.

Cons
- Doesn't works on most popular sites like HostGator etc. I am not sure about the Debit procedure of this account, so I can't comment much.
And that is the only problem I have encountered so far.

With regard to the use of Moneybookers. Its just another Payment procedure like Paypal, so whatever you use it for Moneybookers is used for the same reason. Especially by people who get frustrated by Paypal's continuous nags on Security issues or the need of an account where Paypal isn't available.

One of the biggest strengths is that MB works cosinos and paypal doesn't.
And I really can't understand why paypal lets MB to dominate in this region.
