Paypal Limits

Hello every one

Greetings
I am having a issue with paypal Withdraw Limits , I am un verified user personal account

now my issue is that since past 2 months i am having the withdraw limit issue which is not being reset as per saying every month and i am not having any CC .
and The indian Debits are not approved.
So what can be the option
I have tried many help desk to the paypal they every time give a new reason for the same.

So any help would be highly appricated .

For unverified Personal PayPal accounts, withdraw limit is set to $500 for lifetime. So you need to verify your PayPal account in order to uplift your limit (There is no other option).

Is there any easy way by which i can verify account without CC .
IS hdfc netsafe ok or icici B2 or any other way .

 

I guess best way is to get a cc to verify your account , you can also try a vcc but its too risky.

You can use a VCC but it is against paypal TOS. If you have HDFC account then u may create netsafe card and verify your paypal

 

Unfortunately, there is no other option for verification for Indian users... except CC!

is hdfc netsafe is for only one time use ?and is it really work as i found in some blogs that paypal might block or banned the account as it's also a kind of VCC .

A CC in your own name or even that of your parents would work, the only condition being that it should have the same billing address as the one which appears on your Paypal account!

I tried with my parents card but still not able to verify .
Can HDFC bank netsafe card will do or not
any comments about the same or any other way . as i can't own a credit card.
